-> First , I have Experience as Deputy Governor for 2 terms , I can understand the government's procedures very well , like what is work of govt. and how to manage Government .
Secondly , I like responsibility. I’ve led teams before, and I believe in fair and professional leadership. I want to make the Government feel alive, with proper events, inspections , and opportunities for players to get involved.
Lastly , l've always loved government RP because it lets me mix creativity with real-life logic. I enjoy government's Work and RP
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
-> Introduce more IC events like press conference , debate competition , City council meeting for engage the community.
Make sure new members are trained on how Government RP works — professionalism, IC procedures, and how to handle situations realistically.
I want to improve the communications between all organisations , every ORG have to Follow state rules , for this I have plans to bring new departments in work ...
Apart from it , I have few other plans too ..
