2. Why you want to be leader of this specific organisation? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Reason 1: I want to be leader of police department because I was excutive officer hc and I am lot of experience of many organisations like I hp army gang government and I am swat member in swat department and I have good knowledge of rules. I also have good knowledge ghetto patrolling and check points. And going Many times of ghetto patrolling and check point I also want to do some changes which will be more interesting for pd and all citizens safe with criminal.
Reason 2: I have that quality of leadership that how to manage the organisation and how to maintain good atmosphere in organisation. And make Many event and with citizens and citizens happy to me and many times show Many member were wrong uniform and Many this I am solve all problems.
Reason 3: I have good experience and knowledge and I am respect our senior and junior and all members happy with me and I am full efforts to pd and I am promise I am became chief our pd organization is top.
3. Your advice for improving role play in the organization.
Advice 1: for improving ghetto petroling and select best members in check point also and I am become pd chief many citizens Wait for interview and training with many times become me chief I am solve every problem. New pd member want take traning i am fixed time traning.
Advice 2: many pd member use warehouse with personal use and any member use warehouse with personal use I action of this member and many members arrest 1,2 level player for with money and don't submit arrest log because only 3 level player arrest because 1,2 level player is new and any pd member this mistake and take action and I am see many pd member arrest citizens without macro and cuff in vechile and many mistakes I am solve it problem.
Advice 3: i am showing others organization citizens come for interview and many high command and and interview team take citizen interview and interviewer asked 8+ question and citizens answer all questions but interview asking examples and citizens ask 2 example right and 2 example wrong and interview ask you failed interview this is unfair become me leader and I am solve this problem and I am promise this problem not show any citizen
