i) I think I can be applicable to be the leader of PD and guide the organisation with my leaders ship skill and experience
ii) As I was before in PD I have some plans to change things in PD that will help in rp indepth and also manage increasing rate of crime in city
iii) As a leader of PD I will make sure that no crime is coming into the city form getto to make troubles for normal people and also ensured that there is no innocent going to getto

As a leader my responsibility will be help and guide my members of the organisation and also listen the complaints from the citizen for better review. Also I will make sure that during my term there will be good relationship with other organisation for example the FBI, government and more.
