Today inside City Hall, AYANYT Gamer was seen stalking and harassing Jessie, even in the presence of judicial authority. Despite clear warnings and lawful orders, he refused to comply.
As the situation escalated, we cuffed him and made a department call to police. However, once cuffed, he continued to move around, run, and flash his ID, which is impossible in a realistic scenario — this is powergaming.
More seriously, he intentionally used a known bug by walking through the main City Hall doors multiple times while cuffed, using the glitch to uncuff himself and escape custody. This is a case of bug abuse and non-RP conduct.
