Answer -> The reasons are -:
1. Experience -> I Have experience in this organisation as I was high command interview FBI . I have worked in police department also so I have knowledge of all the rules of the FBI . I have leadership experience also as I was SWAT HOD in police department. So with my experience I can handle my term , so I want to be the leader of FBI .
2. Knowledge -> I have knowledge of all The rules of LEO organisations as I worked 5 months in these organisations so I have knowledge of its works . If I became the leader of FBI with my knowledge I will make my term the best .
3. I will create a atmosphere of brother hood in my organisation so all the agents work properly, because rhis is human nature that people and work properly if they are Handled property.
