1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
I’ve grown familiar with RP Grand and am ready to contribute more as an assistant admin. I have a vast experience in roleplay systems and leadership and am familiar with the necessity of maintaining order, resolving conflicts in an orderly manner itself, and managing teams.
I am driven to help enable the growth of the server community by providing fair, fun, and interactive roleplay for all. I really like helping others and see this position as a means to help new and veteran players. By being available at all times, I feel that I can be a useful and dependable member of the admin staff.
2. What are your strengths?
Good Knowledge of Rules – I understand and apply server rules correctly.
Leadership Experience – I have managed teams and handled different situations.
Clear Communication – I can explain things well and resolve conflicts.
Problem-Solving Skills – I think before taking action to ensure fair outcomes.
