Under General Rule 6.4, no state employee can commit any crime off duty. But Vaibhav Nyx, who is an agent in the government's internal affairs department, fired at me, and threatening me when i was on duty and behave like criminals, and his friends killed me. under this rule plz give him strict punishment. if my evidence is correct.
