2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
i) HIGH KNOWLEDGE OF RP RULES: i wanr to become leader of fbi because as we know fbi is very different from other organizations so in fbi leader must be high knowledge of rp rules so he can lead employees and he can take good decisions by himself and i am eligible of this
ii) Intelligence in law enforcement: As a fbi leader my aim is to enhance the organization in gathering intelligence and conducting investigations The fbi playes a very important role in law and order and i believe my leadership make fbi very structured to handling crime.
iii) Improving team and trainings: A well maintained leadership ensure that the agenta are well trained i want to develop training programs and to enhance investigation techniques and see by this it will create our rp experience realistic while maintaining professionalism in an organization
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
i).. Realistic case investigation :- Introduce detailed case files suspect interrogations and undercover missions to improving roleplay
ii) .. HIRING OF GOOD EMPLOYEE'S: Employee plays a very important role in this organization employee must be follow all procedures which develops fbi and agents must be well maintained and traineed
iii).. Collaboration with other departments : FBI MUST BE coorporative with other departments like pd , doj to create large scale Operations and to reduce crime in city well developed crime investigations and joint task forces and it will make fbi more energetic , strategic and interactive
iv) SPECIFIC DEPARTMENTS: I believe that there will be specific departments for specific thing like human resources department for HIRING One department for training agents one department for investigation and one department for registration of case and all other things.
