Reason 1: To elevate the FBI's operational standard. I believe this organization has the potential to become a model for law enforcement within this city. My aim is to implement and enforce higher standards of professionalism, ensure consistent, effective training, and foster a reputation for unwavering integrity. My past experience demonstrates my capability to achieve these objectives.

Reason 2. To develop strategic responses to evolving criminal threats. The city's criminal elements are becoming increasingly sophisticated and organized. We require a proactive and adaptable strategy. I intend to create specialized units and implement tactical plans to effectively counter these threats. I possess the strategic mindset and experience necessary to anticipate and mitigate these challenges.

Reason 3. To cultivate a cohesive and highly effective team. The strength of this organization is dependent upon its personnel. I wish to build a collaborative and supportive environment, promote professional development, and focus on strategic recruitment. By establishing a culture of trust and respect, we can maximize efficiency and effectiveness. My previous experience demonstrates my ability to build and lead successful teams.

i. Ensure all members to be knowledgeable to the server's established rules

ii. Encourage and facilitate inter-agency cooperation with other organisation like police department

iii. Implement structured training programs to standardize and improve roleplay quality.

iv. Guide members in developing realistic and reactive character responses.

v. Emphasize the importance of consistent and accurate character portrayal.

vi. Maintain a high standard of realism and logical consistency in all roleplay scenarios.

vii. Provide constructive feedback to members to encourage continuous improvement.
