Q2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Ans.
1) I have gained experience serving as Senior Officer for the FBI under the leadership of Mr. Marlega sir for one term and i also was in the latest term of Mr. Gandhi in which i was Chief of staff in his first term and Assistant Director in his second term also i have over one years in Role Play , I have a strong understanding of the game and i have good experience to train new players. I help them grasp the rules and regulations of Role Play and the importance of developing an in-game personality for their character. I also encourage players to engage in fair RP and follow RP rules.
2) During my experience in the FBI, I have learned many valuable skills, such as how to manage our Agents, effectively communicate with players and solve there problems .
3) I will try to educate players how to do fair RP so that it will give fair chance to other players also as they can also enjoy playing the game without getting pissed off.
Q3. Your advice for improving Roleplay in the organization.
Ans.
With established teams like the Hod , Hr team and training teams already working actively, I have thought to make new ranks who will be observing the team to overwatch Agent’s report back to the organization. This will ensure that promotions of agents are fair and according to there hard work . Additionally, by making the SWAT and SOG teams more active and efficient so that they can do special operations and handle the high wanted criminals , if ill get the leadership i will make sure that i can improve city safety and create engaging Roleplay experiences for players. I plan to add more ranks within the FBI like Associative executive assistant director, special agent incharge. I will try to create a better system for the city, and ensure employment benefits for FBI agents.
