2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
i . Professionalism in a must in my organisations so when I see other LEO orgs being so unprofessional towards each other and citizens it just hurts. I want to change that, starting from my own org.
ii . Because of my good diplomatic scale I can make good relationships with other organisation and with all the organisation work together we can make a state more better than
iii . I have a lot of legal over experience which will help me to run my organisation in a very good and smooth wave also I have learn from many leaders do and don'ts which will help me to fix And I can resolve the conflicts between employees
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
i. No groupism: now in my terms both legal and crime i seen that some people try to take over org by getting there whole family in the org and then becoming very active so org get depend on them after that if leader punish them or anyone else dose they mass leave the org so i will change that i will not let any one do groupism in my org
ii. better training program: i have said lots of time if i get FBI or any org i will include basic knowledge of legislation into training as i seen lot of agents do mistake like cuffing a first person and other things
iii .Bonding : i already told this in all my application and will say again if agents only come for money or ranks then how do i expect to trust them when we are in bad situation so if i get any new agents i will make sure to have good talk and bonds to make emotional connection with them
My Departments
Spec ops: Spec ops is back bone of FBI's Fighting force and its job to Response to every Global situation every store and every events That FBI can attend they identity will be hidden and they have partial immunity since they are A special department and Spec ops Agents can use heavy weapons and must be good at shooting and negotiating
IA: IA is one of the most important department of FBI its the departments that manages logs, cars, that Agents are in discipline and make sure internal working of ORG is good and in controller they
HRT- HRT is department is often Underestimated in FBI but it is very important for FBI i will add specialised and Hard Training Programs for High commands also and HRT while handling Hiring and training of NON HC will have to mange that and it will also handle promotion with IA ]
