Ans:-
• I want to become chief of hospital because I believe in my self that I Handel the organisation and make it in top. I want to upgrade my skill to chief. That's help to success more. I think this is best time of handle skills. I am polite and hardworking person and I have confidence to handle situation.
• I have full knowledge of RP grand and its rules, law I have many organisations experience in inferno and I also have experience in los nomadas . You can trust me and take my interview and I have full confidence. And I have patience.
• I held a weekly meeting to all members and who does not come in this important meeting he lead to be a punishment.
I have Full Experience of RolePlay so i decided to become Hospital chief I do my Best and help staff and also solve their misunderstanding And we do work together like family.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
• First I will hire more recruit in every per day in my term we will take Direct interview and give chance to be good Doctor in white coat .
•I'll don't want to give force our employees and High command because they have many work in Real life also so I decide to do work proper Department like HS (hospital service) make 24 hours lobby cover GS (ground service) Go to petrol and take dilevery Traning, HR,LT etc
• Mean think I see our deputy and our high command have problem to calculate bonus sheet so we decide to make bonus request like every Department DC Calculate their department bonuses and tell to our deputy so his problem get some much solve.
•GS: his work to go in patrolling and ask about medical assistance.
•LT: his work to make meds in labs and provide in other organisations.
•HS: his cover to cover lobby 24/7 and help citizen.
•FTO: his work to give training to recruit in proper way.
