- First reasons Media organization is one of the most popular organizations which is known for its services and events, I will increase its RolePlay impact by organizing more daily events and if needed with the collaboration with other organizations . The main tasks of a CEO are to keep the citizens aware what is happening in the city either by posting articles or videos, making sure the Ads board doesn't overflows which can make the people upset, making sure the customers are satisfied will the ticket service and employees are happy within the organization. With my experience and leadership qualities I will be focusing on these points and ensuring the organization runs smoothly.
- Second resson As A strong organization is built on a motivated team and to boost employee morale, I will be providing timely bonuses, incentives and promotion to the employees for their hard work. Also I will be focusing on connecting with the employees and gathering their feedback, along with the department reports from the respective Heads and deputies of all the departments and making sure all the HOD, DHOD and Department Directors and other HC are performing their duties effectively. The overall development of LifeInvader depends on strong bond among employees, internal communication and leadership. I will be guiding the team into the right path and towards continuous improvements.

If I get the opportunity to play an important role in the company as CEO, I will be working tirelessly day and night, and performing all the possible actions to help this company thrive and achieve a long term success and profits. I have been in this company for so much long time and served as a Manager (High Command), I have come to learn and appreciate the culture and goals of this company. 3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Ads Department: The Ads Department is one of the most important and backbone of Media that works for 24/7 non stop. Its one of the largest department in the organization responsible for editing and publishing the customer Ads. I will be focusing on minimizing incorrect Ads by making sure all HC are active and regularly check the publishing board for any incorrect Ads. Recruiting more employees for night shift and ensuring PDA doesn't overflow by hiring more staff during peak hours. Also promoting active and deserving employees to HC team that will smoother the operations.
Creative Department: The Creative Department organizes the events and is the heartbeat of Media public interaction, where the citizens participate to enjoy and earn prizes. I will be making sure that events are organized each day that are unique and fun. Also creating internal events for the employees to relieve stress after working for too long. This will increase the interaction among the employees and citizens.
HR Department: HR department is the vital to maintain smooth and efficient organization by recruiting employees and proving them with proper training. The HR Department will be doing 2-3 open recruitments for key departments like Creative, News or Ads.
Regular Meetings with Department director & HOD & DHOD: Hosting weekly meeting with the department Directors and head of department and deputy head of department to review their department progress, discuss challenges and gathering suggestions for how to improve their departments. This ensures the organization continues to update and meet its desired goals.
Employee Meetings: Employees meetings will be conducted for the employees who wants to give suggestions about any specific departments, for discussion or feedbacks. This will improve overall morale and also create a friendly environment where employees feel valued and respected.
Timely Client Services: One of the responsibility of a CEO is client ticket services. I will make sure to provide efficient ticket services and ensure all tickets are handled professionally and promptly. Keeping clients satisfied with the service will be one of my main priorities.
