2. Why do you want to be the leader of this organization?
Because sometimes in hospital doctors are not available and players are waiting for health or to make hospital RP more real i see Right now, many just come and do "/heal" and go. I want to make sure we do proper roleplay, like checking patients, giving treatments, and making it rp more real for everyone.
To build a strong EMS team if the hospital has well-trained doctors, paramedics, and nurses, then RP will be better and I will make sure new members get training and know how to do medical properly.
To connect with other groups like Police department and normal players should feel like the hospital is useful. We can respond to accidents, crime scenes, and medical emergencies properly instead of just using commands.
3. How to improve roleplay in the organisation?
More detailed treatment – Instead of just healing, we should do proper checkups, surgeries, and patient care roleplay.
Training new EMS members – Teaching them how to handle emergencies and medical situations so they don’t just run around randomly.
Working with police – If there is a shootout or accident, we should be there to help like in real life.
Keeping patient records – We can write reports about injuries and treatments so that it feels more real.
I just want to make the hospital a good place for roleplay and not just for healing and leaving. Hope you consider my application.
