2. My three reasons of why I want to be leader are as follows:
i) I want to improve the organisation and as a leader, you are in a position to set policies and practices in hospital that directly impact patient care. Best practices, patient safety promotion and high quality standard implementation are some of the ways to enhance the overall healthcare delivery and patient satisfaction.
ii)Culture in the hospital is shaped and influenced by hospital leadership. Through leading an environment that is focused on positivity, collaboration, and compassion, I will create an environment of a place where people feel appreciated and respected, which leads to increased staff morale, retention rates and performance.
iii) The culture of the hospital is the responsibility of the hospital leader. I will create a place of work where employees are appreciated, where they feel of value and where their morale is enhanced, ultimately, their staff retention rates and performance are also enhanced through an environment of positivity, collaboration and compassion.
3. My advice for improving roleplay in this organisation is that all the players should work as a team and work together and bring co-ordination between them as it helps to improve the work's environment. With good environment our working capacity boosts up so I think this would be my advice to improve the organisation i.e to work together.
