Ans:-
1. I want to become leader of liberty because is it's my first gang from where I started my journey and I got HC rank and from this gang I also learned maximum things it's a by this I want to become leader of liberty
2. I think I am capable to manage whole gang because I have patience and knowledge I know it's too hard but not too much we will together and try to make best organisation. I see most of leader so I also want to.
3. I have maximum knowledge about rp grand and it's rules and I have experience in all gang in HC rank that why I want to become leader and I want to gain more knowledge and experience by this so that I can help and teach more people's

Ans: I will explain in some lines and in detail
1. First I chose our gang deputies who have experience in gang and active in most time and add more recruiting more members in gang and they don't break any rules and good experience in gang.
2. I think to make bonus system and give bonus to gang members of they give their best bonus depend of their hardwork and held some meetings in a week so if any one have doubt so they can ask.
3. To improve our gang, we should tell turf team to help in event like (ARMY RAIDS/COT) and we choose some members as how lead the events if anyone give his best so we can choose him as lead events.
