As you can see in the provided POV,
I started POV after he came because i was not aware for this type of situation and he cuffed me without even knowing me because he didn't asked for any type of passport or ID to identify me and cuffed me.
He is saying that i killed him twice.
First of all, it was ghetto area both times where i killed him.
Second, I was wearing a mask when i killed him, so how did he identify me?
He also fined me and arrested me, clip is present in POV
