I noticed that most of the organisation are managed by leaders who are not online at all which leads to no perfect rules and regulations of the organisation I am interested in joining the game daily and monitoring them and adding or removing new rules to develop the organisation i would like to set new rewards system where I can able to attract new people and make then work in the organisation
Because I am interested in the medical field which i want to become in ooc (real life) *I want to develop my leadership skills by working here
I want to fight against every problem faced by the ic in the game
I am also a good speaker buy which i can motivate new candidate to join the organisation

*By appointing the active leaders By monitoring the leaders and their works.
