Dear RP Grand Management,
many players are facing regarding bans from the main Discord server of RP GRAND. It seems that players are getting banned simply for promoting other servers in DMs. However, DMs are meant for personal conversations, and if someone doesn't like receiving promotions, they can simply block the sender.
Banning players from the main Discord server for this reason is making the game less enjoyable. Many players lose access to important announcements, events, and updates because of this rule. While I understand the need to prevent server-wide promotions, private DMs should be left to personal discretion.
I kindly request you to reconsider this rule. Instead of banning players from the main Discord, maybe issue warnings or limit the punishment. This way, players can still stay connected to the community and enjoy the game to its fullest.
