‎Media plays a huge role in shaping the RP experience, and I’ve always been passionate about making it more exciting and interactive. Instead of just sharing basic news, I love crafting engaging stories that make players feel like they are part of a real, living city. Covering major events, reporting on key happenings, and keeping the community informed in a fun and immersive way is something I truly enjoy. Whether it’s writing news reports, creating event highlights, or sharing interesting character stories, my goal is to bring RP to life through media*

‎A strong media team doesn’t just happen overnight—it requires organization, training, and teamwork. Through my experience, I’ve learned how to guide and manage a team effectively, ensuring that every member understands their role and delivers quality work. I believe in leading by example, maintaining professionalism, and keeping the team motivated. Good communication and coordination are key to running a smooth operation, and I always make sure that tasks are handled efficiently, deadlines are met, and the team works together like a well-oiled machine. By training new members, setting clear goals, and fostering a supportive work environment, I ensure that the media department remains strong and productiv.

‎I don’t believe in just doing things the usual way—I want to bring fresh ideas that make media a bigger and more essential part of the city. Here are some of the key improvements I aim to introduce:

‎1:-Interactive News Coverage: Instead of just posting updates, I want to involve the community more. This could include live Q&A sessions, player polls on trending topics, and special reports featuring the perspectives of different characters.

‎2:-Live Interviews & Exclusive Reports:** Bringing in key figures from the city—leaders, business owners, gang leaders, and event organizers—to share their insights and stories. These interviews can make RP more immersive by adding depth to ongoing events

‎3:-Event Highlights & Recaps: Covering major city events in a way that makes them memorable. This includes live coverage, after-event summaries, and engaging visuals that capture the essence of what happened.

‎4:-Engaging Social Media Presence: Keeping the city’s media active on different platforms by posting breaking news, player achievements, fun challenges, and even creative storylines that keep people interested in the RP world.

‎As a leader, my goal is to make the Media Organization more active, efficient, and engaging for the citizens of the city. I want to bring positive changes that will benefit every department and help our team work better. Here’s how I plan to do it:


‎1. Ads Department: Better Salary, More Encouragement
‎The "Ads Department" plays a huge role in the city by allowing people to buy, sell, and exchange items through advertisements. However, I have noticed that the salary for this department is very low. To encourage and motivate our team, I will work on "increasing the salary" so that members feel rewarded for their hard work. This will also attract more people to join the department and make our services even better.

‎2. Creative Department: Well-Organized and Efficient
‎The Creative Department is responsible for designing and promoting events, advertisements, and other media-related content. To ensure smooth functioning, I will "assign specific tasks to each member" so that no one is overloaded with work, and everything runs efficiently. This will allow us to complete projects faster and ensure high-quality promotions.

‎The "HR Department" is like the backbone of our organization. Their role is to "train new employees", help them understand the rules, and make sure everyone is working together smoothly. I will focus on "strengthening the HR team" so that even new players receive proper training and feel confident in their roles. This will help in building a strong and professional organization.

‎To keep everything on track, I will "hold regular meetings" with both the High Command and the team members. These meetings will help us:

‎- "Keep track of everyone's progress" and make sure the organization is running smoothly.

‎I want to make RP more fun and interactivefor everyone in the city. I plan to introduce new events such as:

‎- "Exploring Hidden Locations" – Many players don’t know about the best locations in the game. We will create a series of articles and videos introducing these places to the public.

‎These events will make the media organization more engaging and help citizens explore new aspects of the city.
