As a leader, my goal is to make the Media Organization more active, efficient, and engaging for the citizens of the city. I want to bring positive changes that will benefit every department and help our team work better. Here’s how I plan to do it:
1. Ads Department: Better Salary, More Encouragement
The "Ads Department" plays a huge role in the city by allowing people to buy, sell, and exchange items through advertisements. However, I have noticed that the salary for this department is very low. To encourage and motivate our team, I will work on "increasing the salary" so that members feel rewarded for their hard work. This will also attract more people to join the department and make our services even better.
2. Creative Department: Well-Organized and Efficient
The Creative Department is responsible for designing and promoting events, advertisements, and other media-related content. To ensure smooth functioning, I will "assign specific tasks to each member" so that no one is overloaded with work, and everything runs efficiently. This will allow us to complete projects faster and ensure high-quality promotions.
