Hope you are doing well so I want to say that I recently applied for police department leader application but it is rejected by salah murphy and by feedback " Low efforts" ..
I respect this decision but I saw some players application that didn't even right one page but they selected for interview and I did 1-2 pages and did so much efforts but it is rejected.
