1. Experience and Leadership:My three terms of army service as well as achieving Rank 27/30 Admiral General have given me extensive knowledge about military operations combined with leadership expertise.
2. Commitment to Growth Organizational growth matters to me because I aim to enhance our training methods as well as enhance operational effectiveness and develop clear promotion and skill advancement frameworks for our soldiers. My leadership services will support a powerful military structure.
3. Building a Stronger Team
A strong army is built on trust, discipline, and teamwork. I will create a culture of loyalty and cooperation, ensuring every soldier works together with clear communication and a shared sense of purpose.
“Your advice for improving Role Play in the organisation”
Realistic Military Protocols – The army should follow proper military rules like formations, radio codes, and clear commands. Soldiers must know how to act in different situations, from patrolling to combat. This will make role play more organised and realistic.
Strict Discipline and Chain of Command – To maintain realism, soldiers should strictly follow orders from higher ranks, and punishments or demotions should be issued for breaking any rules.
Better Recruitment and Training – The army should have a proper system for recruiting and training new soldiers. New recruits should go through a basic training program where they learn discipline, rules, and how to follow orders. This will make sure that only well-trained and serious players join the army, improving the overall roleplay experience. Weakly training sessions should also be held for all ranks to keep skills sharp and teamwork strong.
Better Coordination with Other Factions – The army should work closely with other groups like the police, government factions to create big and exciting roleplay events. Things like raid, rescue missions and events will make the game more fun and realistic. Good communication and teamwork with these groups will help create better and more organised role play situations.
Meeting with the soldiers—We have to do employee meeting in every week to solve their problems I see they didn't understand something so if they have any questions so they ask in meeting like HC meeting
And also do curator and High command meeting in 15 day's what we do best to best for our Army organisation
