2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)

:- With my previous roles as an Ex DCJ in the government and Ex Assistant Attorney General, I got lots of experience and deep understanding of the legal aspects of the game. This experience will help me lead the organization effectively and make informed decisions. I can lead this organisation with confidence and I can make smart decisions also.

:- Leadership means inspiring and to guide a team towards their goal. As currently I’m Lead Attorney I have capacity to handle complex legal issues, manage and team and justice must be provided. I’m good in understanding and solving problems and I have good communication skills. With these skills I’m ready to lead the organisation and I can make it successfully for sure.

:- Being a real life attorney gives me a good understanding of legal principles and procedures. which I apply in my IRL career. This real life experience is valuable in the role play game, as it allows me to bring realism to the organization. I can ensure that my leadership skills provide justice and fairness to everyone and I can provide good role play experience. My real life experience encourage me to teach and guide other members, helping them understand legal things. This combo of real life expertise and in game experience makes me a strong candidate for this leadership position.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.

:- We can teach officers to handle tense situations with calm mind. In role play situations where they need to understand the situation before jumping directly into action.

:- We need members in organisation who wants to fell the role play, not those members who just want salaries.

:- We should teach officers how to make quick decisions that when to use force and when not.

:- IRL police don’t act alone, they always work with other officers so teamwork is important.

:- In my government career I faced multiple problems like how to handle IC young age people’s. Because, new people’s don’t know how to do role play and what are rules etc. so we have to teach all officers that how to handle these type of people’s.
