1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
-> I want to Contribute to the Community Of RP Grand. I have experience as an admin I have played Onestate where I was an admin and I have participated in many games like MadOut2 and vipe city I have previously played multiple RolePlay games which has given me a lot of experience in managing and understanding the dynamics of RP communities and also I have seen there is under staff in assistant team and as I feel I can join it to handle it i want to be the assistant Admin so i can help the Community as well.
2. What are your strengths?
-> I have Good Communication skills I can help draft emails, letters, and reports, ensuring they are clear, concise, and professional.
3. What are your biggest weaknesses?
-> my biggest weaknesses is that sometimes get overly focused on ensuring everything is perfect I can be a bit of a perfectionist, which means I might spend more time on a task than necessary I’m working on being more efficient and learning to delegate when appropriate.
4. Is there any IRL problem that prevents you from being active at the moment?
