------ Hello sir I am a player of RP grand and I have much experience in all organisations and I gain high rank with my hardwork so I want to become chief of police department because I have to make this organisation good and on top always I try my best to make and I managed very polite all staff members and tell him how to make this organisation good.
And I have to remove all the crimes and how not following rules I have to remove that all person and make this world safe

----- I decided that I have to safe world so we will go daily on patrolling and talk to people trying to attend each person. And when someone want to join our organisation we will give him training with good knowledge that he or she can understand easily and don't break any type of rules.
--- And giving BONUSES and Rank with his hardwork that is good for all staff members.
