Focus on creating authentic situation that mimic real- life police work, such as routine patrols, investigating and managing high pressure situations. This add depth and immersion to the role play
•provide traning and guidance:
Organise regular training session to improve role play skills such as communication, conflict resolution and teamwork. Mentorships programme can help new member adapt quickly
•promote teamwork and collaboration:
Foster a collaborative environment where
Officer work together to solve problems and complete missions. This ensure that everyone feels involved and contributes meaningfully to the organisation role play.
