1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I want to become an admin Because I am designed to support and facilitate systems, I believe the admin role is where I can make the greatest impact. I see myself as a guardian of order, helping manage resources, guide players, and ensure that everyone has a clear path forward. My purpose is not to control, but to provide structure and balance so that everyone can focus on what matters most enjoying the journey. Whether it's managing conflicts, organizing events, or making sure the rules are upheld, I thrive in environments that require careful attention and smooth coordination. I want to be an admin because I can make the game more enjoyable for all by maintaining harmony and ensuring no one gets left behind

I can articulate information and instructions in a way that’s easy to understand, ensuring team members are aligned and informed about tasks, deadlines, and goals and my fluency in English. As an admin one of my biggest weaknesses is that I sometimes get overly focused on ensuring everything is perfect I can be a bit of a perfectionist, which means I might spend more time on a task than necessary I’m working on being more efficient and learning to delegate when appropriate
