Why did you want to become leader.
I am playing rp grand since 5 months Approximately and well knowledge about gheeto of Rp grand and well known From rule and regulations and sapiciialy about all gheeto rules. And in crime organization I was 3 time Under deputy of different organization . Therefore i am eligible for Leadership.
Desire for Leadership and Responsibility
I want to join as a leader of Liberty Gang because I'm eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities. I believe that leading a gang requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication.
As a leader, I get to shape the gang’s identity, control its operations, and make strategic decisions that impact the entire roleplay world. Whether it's expanding territory, running illegal businesses, or maintaining alliances, leadership allows me to influence the game’s direction. It also brings challenges, such as managing gang members, dealing with law enforcement, and handling rival groups, making the role more exciting and immersive
My advice for improving role play.
If i will get leadership chance then I will conduct shooting session from our turf leader or either High command. I will advice them to follow the shecdule and participate in every event of organization and be respectful with high command and be responsible and communicate with other members with politely and with good bahiviour..
