I. So it has been Four to five months since I have started playing in Rp Grand. I think its the Right Time to Become Leader of Hospital and Lead the Org And Make it on top as it has been always and If I get leadership I will prove myself and Lead the Org for Full 30 days of Term. I am Playing RP Servers From a Very Long Time And During this whole period I was always fascinated about the medical field. Even in RP GRAND The First Org I joined was the Army, Gov, Police Department Then HP. I Have Good Decision Making Skills And I Know How Things Works in HP.
II. Working under Ivan Hinserberg and Astro Sir has been an invaluable learning experience. I started as a trainee and, through dedication and hard work, earned the Lab Technician role, where I helped enhance hospital efficiency and roleplay realism.
I take pride in mentoring staff, ensuring professionalism and a conflict-free work environment. My journey at HP has sharpened my leadership skills, preparing me for greater responsibilities ahead.
III. My goal is to assemble a group of people who can work together to improve HP as an organization and establish its credibility going forward. I will hire and schedule more night-shift employees to ensure 24/7 medical assistance.
