1-Leader: I see, is there something I can help for this is issue? May I know more detail or which source that can lead to burnout? Is it from your environment of workplace , or from your flexibility of your working hours that can lead to
2_Leader: I see , I sorry for not over looked for this issue If that the case I will conduct a meeting next time and make sure to put this as prioty in the meeting to get an update and to know if there other staff that might having the same issue as you. This issue cannot be overlooked because it might will be increase the workload of other staff if facing the same issue or quitting all off sudden.

3-One more thing after you settle your latest task if you have unused Annual Leave you may request it thru me and I will try my best to approve it to as soon as possible you get some rest of your time and get back to work with full energy alright.
