Alpha playz is an ems deputy head of division. But you can see she had involved on that , have wanted stars and she shoot over cop(police officer). It's corruption.
Both of it was clear rule break 6.4.

Notofftopic: you can go straight from HP to PD by the main road which contains City hall in middle but you gone on same location again and u can call you any officer to pick you up after 10min
