2. Why do you want to be the leader of this organisation?
Reason 1 - I have so much experience in rp city and I was also a admiral general in army and I worked in gangs also , I have knowledge of ghetto rules and I have the knowledge that how to handle gangs.
Reason 2 - as per my knowledge of ghetto rules I can provide a better plans that how gangs work , I think that gangs work is not to do violence and break rules , as a gang member we have to follow all rules and regulations of rp.
Reason 3 - I have knowledge to perform Good rp and if I be leader I spread awareness about events ,like during any events which rules we have to follow and all. I choose my trusted deputies and I always be ready to co-operate with curator and admins.
Q.3 your advice for improving role play in the organisation.
Advice 1 - we will attend regular events and do role plays like a gang members do. We will do role plays by keeping mind all rules and regulations.
Advice 2 - we do all events and all role plays which is necessary for gang organisations and we will do all things which a normal gang does but we follow all rules and we ensure that our term will be successful.
Advice 3 - Provide training sessions for new members, teaching them proper RP etiquette, street codes, and leadership structures. A strong hierarchy and structured roles will create a more immersive environment.
