That time That my Dream to became a employee of hospital because in irl I'm petient and I want to be good doctor to help citizens like irl doctor do Good Rule Play and yeah I Do my best and also I got best employee certificate from government so, I Decide to become leader of hospital and Explain and understand every citizen, recruit, employee, Because like irl doctor Become life saver in white coat,
So I joined since 31 December under shadow sir term as a trainee that day my luckiest day in my life and I do hard work and also shadow sir and my sinior help me to reach as high command as a DC-T My Explanation skills good so my sinior decide to give me as a field training officer department I want to also help our employees and chizen like shadow sir and my sinior as a best chief,
I do my Best and help staff and also solve their misunderstanding And we do work together like family yeah we are like femily we will make this term best to pervious term I'll try to be best like shadow sir term and also do good relationship between employees and citizens and try to give one chance for their some little mistake to improve their work and don't do that again and we will work in proper way and also keep understanding between us,
2). "Your Advice for Improving Role play in the organisation"
First fall I will try to hire more recruit as well in every per day in my term we will take Direct interview and give chance to be good Doctor in white coat savers.
I'll don't want to give force our employees and High command because they have many work in Real life also so I decide to do work proper Department like HS (hospital service) make 24 hours lobby cover GS (ground service) Go to petrol and take dilevery Traning, HR,LT etc
I will try to do Role play like other organisations surgery and as a patient admits for 29 minutes take care of patients if they admit per 5 minutes and do one surgery in a week.
Mean think I see our deputy and our high command have problem to calculate bonus sheet so we decide to make bonus request like every Department DC Calculate their department bonuses and tell to our deputy so his problem get some much solve.
We have to do employee meeting in every week to solve their problems I see they didn't understand something so if they have any questions so they ask in meeting like HC meeting
And also do curator and High command meeting in 15 day's what we do best to best for our hospital organisation and one more thing if have any surgery so before surgery day we can do sugar meeting how we do proper Surgery RP and also All HC attend Sugary because it's important and defferent experience for us.

HS (hospital service): first cover lobby and also do surgery and admit citizens For better' treatment.
GS (Ground service): They do Petroling per day 2 time day shift and night shift and also take private and organisations orders.
LT (Lab Technician): They make medicine in Labs and and cover 45k medicine in a day.
Training: They provide training To recruit.
HR (Human resources): I believe That HR department is like a foundation for the organisation. This department help in the smooth functioning of the Organisation
