2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
I want to become the leader of the hospital for three main reasons:
Reason 1: I want to lead this hospital because I believe in providing top-quality healthcare to the people. As a leader, I will ensure that our medical staff is well-trained, our emergency response is fast, and our hospital operates efficiently and to reduce the wait time of patients..
Reason 2:I want to build a strong team of good nd dedicated doctors, nurses, and paramedics who will work together in a professional and respectful way and I will focus on training, teamwork, and discipline to make sure that every staff member is motivated and prepared to handle any medical situation.
Reason 3: Being a hospital leader is not just about managing people its all about leading with integrity because am a man of integrity. So I will make sure that no one receives special treatment, that all patients are treated fairly, and that our hospital follows the highest ethical standards within all organizations.and also make sure There will be no corruption, no nepotism ”only professionalism and dedication to saving lives.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Advice 1: I know that One of the biggest issues in medical RP is unrealistic treatments. So To fix this, I would introduce proper training sessions for all staff members,making sure they all know how to handle different medical scenarios correctly from giving pill to attending to emergencies.so I will make sure every action must be in real medical way to make the RP more interesting
Advice 2:To keep medical RP interesting, I would introduce dynamic medical case such as mass emergencies, disease outbreaks, difficult surgeries, and challenging patient situations. This would make the hospital feel more alive and give staff exciting roleplay opportunities instead of just treating the same injuries over and over which will make it boring for staffs.
Last but not the least I will create a good communication skills and team work within the staffs to avoid toxic and unprofessional environments that may lead to the hospital being criticized or being seen as bad org spoiling the name of the hospital and also my name as the leader which will make RP not interesting anymore
