1. I already have much experience in hospital organisation as a FTO.To be a FTO we need much better communication skills and fluent English. I want to improve the hospital's roleplay by ensuring faster response times for emergency cases and better coordination among medical staff. I assure you that my leadership will be best. I will find more active and dedicating doctors for hospital. I will give bonuses to my staff on the basis of their hard work.
2. I will improve training system for recruits ensuring all FTO's are giving training to recruits kindly and telling them each and every information about hospital. This will attract more active and dedicated players to the hospital. I will choose best FTO's to give better training to recruits.
3. I will establish strong connections with other organisations and gangs to create more better roleplay, such as emergency rescues. This will make hospital roleplay more engaging. I will enhance our service , I will engage my staff to be more active and work in labs to make medi kits.

I will implement proper medical procedures like check-ups, surgeries, and emergency treatments to make RP realistic.
I will use Advanced Communication to train staff to use radio codes and efficient communication to respond quickly.
