2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
2.1 -> I was ex Division Cheif in Hospital, in the term of Shadow Bhavay sir and I was also Dean of Division in Bose Pandi sir term so I know how to control Hospital with my leadership and I also have the skills which I can show to all which I misbehaved in the past.
2.2 -> As a leader I can and will try to bring some major reforms in Hospital to make sure that lobbies are covered all the time.
2.3 -> I will use all my experience and knowledge to elevate the standard of opreations in Hospital by
assembling a team of active high commands who will join me in providing quick solution to all day to day issues faced by staff members.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
3.1 -> I will not allow my employees to walk in the org with dirty tongue. Toxic behaviour will not be tolerated.
3.2 -> For improving skills and expertise of staff members, regular orientaion program will be hosted by High Commands.
3.2 -> To keep my staff motivated, I will make sure to acknowledge their contribution and issue timely promotion and bonus.
I will make special arrangement for weekly giveaways and regular events in order to boost the interest of employees in Hospital.
