Additional Information

1. Leader for:
Ans.Hospital

2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?( Give 3 reasons )

a) Establishing a Strong and Efficient Medical System
The hospital is one of the most important organizations in the city, responsible for ensuring that citizens, law enforcement, and even criminals receive the medical care they need. However, many times, hospitals face issues like inactive doctors, lack of proper RP, and inefficient patient management. My goal is to build a strong medical system where doctors, paramedics, and surgeons work in an organized and professional manner.

b) Improving Medical Roleplay Standards
One of the biggest problems in hospital RP is that many people don’t perform proper medical RP. Instead of detailed treatment and diagnosis, most interactions are rushed, which reduces the immersion of the game. As a leader, I will implement a training system where all doctors and paramedics will be taught proper medical roleplay—including detailed injury assessments, surgeries, emergency responses, CPR procedures, and patient care RP. This will make the hospital a center of immersive and realistic RP for all players.

c) Strengthening Relations with Other Organizations
A hospital is not just a building—it’s a pillar of the city that interacts with all other organizations, including LSPD, SAHP, FIB, National Guard, Government, and even gangs. Under my leadership, I will ensure that the hospital maintains strong connections with law enforcement agencies by providing medical support to injured officers, participating in joint emergency response drills, and ensuring quick ambulance dispatch for crime scenes and accidents. At the same time, I will also ensure that civilians and even criminals receive fair medical treatment because the hospital remains a neutral zone where healthcare is a right, not a privilege.

Implement a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): There should be a clear guideline on how doctors, paramedics, and surgeons should conduct medical roleplay, ensuring that no one rushes treatments or does non-RP medical procedures.

Regular Training Sessions: Every new doctor or paramedic should undergo training sessions where they will learn how to properly diagnose injuries, perform emergency surgeries, CPR, and handle critical situations like mass casualties. Experienced doctors can be assigned as mentors to guide newcomers.

Improve Hospital Security: Many times, the hospital faces security threats from criminals or gang wars spilling inside the emergency rooms. To counter this, I will introduce a Hospital Security Team that will ensure **no
