2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
(1) I want to become leader of hospital because I have experience as dean of division and our chief sunny sir gave me this rank because of my hard work and also because of my skills . I have good experience in hospital and now I am fully prepared for hospital leadership. I know all the rules of rp .
(2) I want to become leader of hospital because I know everything about hospital and how it works how to maintain the hospital organisation. I started playing rp grand from few months and I joined hospital as a normal employee then I did hardwork because of it our chief give me high command rank . I will select talented and hard working employees as high command. I will select best deputies for my term who can be online up to 5 hours .
(3) I want to become leadee because I have to do many changes in hospital like i have to change chain of command and I have to work on radio codes and I will make it easy . So employees can use these radio codes easily. I have to improve the training . As the hospital plays a very important role for city and hospital needs a good leader who can be online more than 5/6 hours and who have a good knowledge about rp rules and also about how hospital works I can be online upto 6/7 hours and I have good knowledge of rp rules and also about hospital it is very important for hospital leadership.
(4) I want to lead hospital as a best leader and I will never break rules that my term successful many of the leader break rules and then the term remain incomplete and I will try to find best deputies for my term which help me in leading the hospital properly.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
1. Now the employees of hospital is not taking his/her job serious and for that I will make weekly events by fund of Hospital Organisation and give to best employees and also motivate all employees to work hard and be a part of best employee of the week and I will give high command ranks to best employees.
2. I will focus more on selling medkit and making medikit and curing due to this, there will be improvement in RP and also I will encourage hospital employees to be active in lab and lobby also.
3. I will take weekly meetings with high command officials and I will ask them what to improve in hospital and I will focus on surgery and I will train high command officers that how to do surgeries and health check ups also how to respond to Emergency Situations
4. I will also try to do collaborations with the Law Enforcement Organizations such as PD/FBI/Goverment in the situation of Blood Camps, Check-ups for Officials inorder to improve the Role Play.
5. In the end of the week, I will myself create a performa of the employees with the help of my deputies . Through this, each and every employee can find that where he/she stands and how much improvement he/she needs .
