-> 1)I want to become leader of hospital because i will make a environment in which all can feel safe and talk to me without any fear and i will make sure to solve their problem.
2) I will make sure that there are doctors most of the time i will while hiring ask them at what time they will work and hire them also who plays at night because whenever i go in hospital at night times there is no doctor so if i become the leader i will make sure that most of the time there are doctors
3) I will personally work for Hospital betterment and make the Hospital more great and i will work with all the doctors and encourage them.

I want to say that there should be different channels for night doctors and day doctors so that they can contact easily like if they want doctors in Hospital at night and they can message on night doctor channel so that the day doctors do not get disturbed.
