1. Why do you want to become an admin?
Ans
1. I have been part of this RP community for more than 1 years and during this time I have actively participated in faction activities and server events. Being in a faction has given me enough practical knowledge about rules, regulations, chain of command, punishments and proper roleplay standards. I understand how important discipline, realism and fairness are in maintaining a high quality RP environment.
2. I have developed patience and maturity in handling different types of situations, including conflicts and misunderstandings between players . I do not make decisions based on emotions or personal bias. Instead, I focus on facts and server rules. I believe an admin must be calm under pressure, professional in communication and strict when required qualities I continuously try to maintain.
3. My goal as an admin is not just to punish rule breakers, but to improve the overall community. I want to guide new players, help them understand proper RP and create a friendly yet disciplined environment. I am active, dedicated and willing to give my time to ensure the server remains organized, fair and enjoyable for everyone.
2. What are your strengths?

•My strength are patience rule knowledge and calm decision making Since I have 1 year of experience in RP Grand
• I am also active and responsible.
• I stay calm in heated situations
3. What are your biggest weaknesses?
Ans.
•my weaknesses is that I sometimes overthink decisions because I want to make sure I am being completely fair
•sometime I trust someone too much
