Ans~ I like this organisation I am good player and also the good time player.
1~
I want to be a powerful man and I want to control the gang and i need control I am powerful than I can control a gang I can hendel can problems and if I be leader I can complete all term in any whare.

I try too become because I am thinking I have a good experience to become a leader of gang I have los (hc deputy rank) and i am also a past member of inferno and I am (hc) in liberty also I be follow all rules and i know all rules.

I want to me leader my level is 10 it's counted low but I have skills too learn things very early I doned many (dc) works in past experience so I can hendel dc works easyly also it's reson for I want to be leader.

in the organization.

I will try to take players who actually needs it with this new players also get a boast and they give there 100/100 to gang.
2~
I will not give anyone extra faver all treated same as I give respect to all and they also respect gang.

I will make promotion system more good.
4~
I will increase the bonus system what peoples preference in los namadas more than other gangs.
5~ I will try to give my best
