2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)

  1. The first reason would be I have a great experience of state organization I have been Supreme Court justice for 2 complete terms governor for 1 term then I had to been to FBI as deputy director , federal counsel and Assistant director. And after that I again went to government as Attorney General and currently now I m deputy director in FBI.
  2. Second point previously I had been worked as governor for 1 term which was a successful term so I know the dignity of that designation and now think from my past experience as will add more value to me now and make the things more smooth.
  3. I had some plan which I can't fulfil in my first term but now I think it’s a correct to comeback as a governor to resume the work where I left government and make the government best from the ever again.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.

  • Making and impletion of new laws in the city such as traffic code , body camera act , labour code , lawyer and judicial code of conduct as now of I think these are the some law missing in the city and I will try to bring to city to enhance the rp
  • Changes in the penal code and codes of procedures as after the complete city changes I think PC and COP needs some amendments according to the city.
  • Ensuring a proper money distribution to different org at the proper time through POGGERS Act
  • Introduction of proper bonus system for the employees where they will get bonuses according to their work performance and as health kit facility too.
  • Reforms in department of Justice like in the case files , court trails , court hearings and in other legal service
  • I will make sure availability of attorneys in city 24/7 to help the citizens
  • Removal and decrement in the current government rank . as there are a lot of rank which are not in use and making a proper rank hierarchy for the government
  • Organising atleast 1 to 2 events at weekly basis for citizens where they can participate and showcase their talents and earned rewards
  • Making a new department known as department of external affairs for ensuring a good relationship with other orgs and their respective leaders .
