Arrest this person and also if you can ban him, ban it. He's making disturbing stuff in HP. First, he blocked the entrance of HP using a Bus and 2nd, he's making noise in HP. we cant kick him out since he's moving but when we had the opportunity, hes getting and coming back again and again. I have POV only in 2nd incident but the 1st one (blocking the entrance), i dont. But there are police when that thing happened
