2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)

(1) I want to become leader of hospital because I have past experience in hospital as a high command and I know how hospital works and I also know about rp rules .

(2) I have to serve the city as a hospital leader and I want to become leader because I have to make a strongest team and work with them and the hospital plays a very important role for maintaining the city and the hospital needs a good leader who can work more . I can work more than 5 hours to maintain our city healthy.

(3) I want to become leader because I have to make hospital active and I want to gain experience of leadership.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.

1. Now the employees of hospital is not taking his/her job serious and for that I will make weekly events by fund of Hospital Organisation and give to best employees and also motivate all employees to work hard and be a part of best employee of the week and I will give high command ranks to best employees.

2. I will focus more on selling medkit and making medikit and curing due to this, there will be improvement in RP and also I will encourage hospital employees to be active in lab and lobby also.

3. I will take weekly meetings with high command officials and I will ask them what to improve in hospital and I will focus on surgery and I will train high command officers that how to do surgeries and health check ups also how to respond to Emergency Situations

4. I will also try to do collaborations with the Law Enforcement Organizations such as PD/FBI/Goverment in the situation of Blood Camps, Check-ups for Officials inorder to improve the Role Play.

5. In the end of the week, I will myself create a performa of the employees with the help of my deputies . Through this, each and every employee can find that where he/she stands and how much improvement he/she needs.

6. I will make sure that each senior employee must know the radio codes and there format .
