1) strict rule everyone have to follow the rules
2)daily hcs meeting for all logs like warehouse and all events so we can provide best guide to our junior gang members
3) weekly taking interview of all members of organisation so we can make sure that all know the rules and remember that all so they can guide everyone and make no mistake
4) don't promote corruption and false rp
If anyone does this we should give him a warn and guide him in proper way so that he can't do this type of things
5) promoted them based on their work and knowledge of rules
