1. I want to be the leader for Liberty
Reason for applying in this Organization
I want to be leader for Liberty because
1.I have a great leadership skill. And I can easily lead a group and I can maintain it in a proper way. Without that, I know all server rules and I hardly break any server rules, About my experience ,I am 2 time EX inferno leader and 1 time EX viper leader. And also I am the first crime leader who successfully complete 2 term in this game. I almost took experience from all fraction. But gang are the best place to do RP and Enjoy. Because all the gangs events are too adventurous . I spent a large time in crime fraction! So this is one of biggest reason for choosing the liberty
2.Mainly as Inferno leader, I experienced almost all types of problem that can be in crime.Because when i joined inferno first there was not any territory or any paint cane at inferno.Even infernos didn't have too much good condition at that time. So i had to survive or spent that time alone [ because others member even deputy left my gang for only salary] So I know how to spend the bad time.And I also, i have a great experience in Paint Factory [Participated more than 500], Cot and army raid [ participated more than 60 ] .So .I will participate in all the events with my team.I will encourage them to participate in all the events like paint factory, Graffiti etc.
3.Specially I am choosing Liberty because of Territory. As only viper and Liberty has Territory. So If i can become then I will get a good fixed salary. It will help me to make the gang more powerful.Because at now, many peoples are having a large amount Paints So its hard to maintain a fixed salary by Graffiti. For that territory will play a good role for fixed salary.I will try to capture almost all territory for making the highest salary in city
Advice for improving Role Play:
3. I will take members by a hard Interview. Specially, I will focus on active members and experience members. So that I can make sure 100% RP. And I will make a HR team to train the newbies. Specially I will focus not to break the general gang rules [ like E.R 1.4 , E.R 1.9 , NLR and all ghetto rules] And like past term of me , I will make a punishment system for breaking rules. And also I want to tell something about improving RP, We need to do more hostage situation and robbery so that it can also seem like Irl.
