2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Ans - I want to be the leader for this specific organisation as :
1) Great knowledge and skills - I have a great knowledge of all the major mandotary rules of gangs and organisations. I have a great leadership skills which makes me more eligible for this post. I am familiar with all the rules of rp and I have a great knowledge of them.
2) Experience - I have a great experience in the role play which gives me the knowledge to lead a organisation. I have a very nice experience in every of the gang as I have a experience in vipers, los nomads and liberty and specially inferno i have a Great experience with 12 rank which gives me the knowledge of internal rules of inferno gang also.
3) Specially I Want to lead this organisation to make this more powerful and the peaceful gang without any mistakes.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Ans - My advice for improving this organisation:
1) Every member should be professional by not breaking any of the rules and doing all the events properly and carefully.
2) I want to gain the confidence of all the gang members to join more and more events as possible.
3) Everyone should be friendly with every of the senior and juniors.
4) Gang should be friendly with every other organisations and their should be no fight.
5) I want to add the more active players in the gang and want to gain their confidence to next level.
6) Every of the person should follow their seniors instructions and their should be no violance in b/w the gang members.
7) We all should follow every of the rules of the rp and events and we should not break any of the rules and gain more respect.
Conclusion - These things are only be possible when I can be the leader.
8) I had seen many of the players who are joining in the gang without any interview and getting a good rank which is not fair according to the rules , so I will try my best to make my gang fully fair and if I saw anyone doing this , i will punish them according to the rules.
