I want to raise a concern regarding the handling of report, particularly about the gang Vipers and it's Curator Cherish Chedda.
For a long time, I have submitted multiple reports detailing the rule-breaking activities of Vipers. These reports contain clear evidence of their violations, and by now, they should have been got many warns yet. However, the admin responsible is reviewing the reports and approve or reject them, Cherish Chedda, has consistently failed to address them.
When asked, he claims to be busy and not giving time for it as per admin should not be that much busy in his irl. If reports are ignored or delayed indefinitely, it allows rule-breakers to continue disrupting the server.
I urge to Mujo Sir to review this situation and take necessary action against negligence. If admins are too busy to perform their duties, then they should be replaced with active and responsible ones.
