2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation).
1. In RP GRAND game, more the experience you will have, More the respect and money you will have. In order to gain experience of leadership also, I want to be a part of Media Organisation by handling it's leadership.
2. I want to make people aware about the happenings in the San Andreas City, they should be aware about the accidents, Government and Law Enforcement Practices and many other true news.
3. I also want to work as leadership in media because I had previously worked in it and I saw some lack and blunders within the system of Media's employee relation and the leader relation. So, To make the employees comfortable, I will perform a friendly practice with them.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
:- Media is an organisation which helps to the people of San Andreas City to know the happenings of their city. Such as Crashes, Good and Bad Practices of Law Enforcement Organizations, the prons and cross of goverment decisions etc.
In order to improve the Roleplay within the organisation, I will consider the following points:-
1. I will provide a wide variety of ranks so that it would increase the Roleplay within the organisation.
2. I will make sure that, in the ads team, All the employees must know the rules of publishing ads.
3. I will improvise and officer of a week and I will give Him/Her a small price amount and a certificate of excellence.
4. I will make sure that all the High Command ranks will be trained and will be able to give training to the trainees/Rookies.
5. I will make sure that there would be no Nepotism in the ranking system.
