There are many reasons for my struggle to become a leader. But the most important reason among them is that I am very close to becoming the captain of a cricket team in my real life. In my opinion, the rank of a leader is equal to that of a captain. I want to face the mistakes I have to encounter in my real life beforehand in the game, learn from them, and improve them.
I want to lead the los nomadas Gang because I believe I possess the skills, vision, and determination to take this organization to new heights. Here are three key reasons why I am the ideal leader:
